Due mainly to the stagnant NPK market, the demand for potash is low. QHSL still holds Yn1,950/t delivered, excluding a Yn130/t rebate. Transportation of product is currently restricted by rail capacity. The price of the seaborne cargoes softened this week. Russian pink MOP is being sold below Yn1,700/t ex-ports in the spot market.
