Belgium is as quiet as the rest of western Europe. Producers are expected to announce new prices once they feel a floor has been reached in the international markets. Last sales were done at around ?250/t cif inland and similar on an fca basis - equivalent to around ?235/t cfr. Wholesalers were seeking ?240/t cif inland for next sales for granular MOP and ?220-225/t cif inland for standard MOP. But nothing has been concluded at this level yet.
