IMCD N.V.has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of Representaciones de Materias Primas Industrials Limitada(MAPRIN~R),a Chilean raw materials distributor for the beauty and personal care industry,and Sachs Chemical,Inc.,a chemicals distributor based in Puerto Rico.IMCD Americas President Nicolas Kaufmann says the MAPRIN acquisition is”an important step in strengthening IMCD's presence in mis continuously developing LATAM[Latin American]country.”
