There has been a strong fall in sulphur imports in Jan-July 2014, mainly from Canada. In July imports into the US totalled 196,000t. of which 112,000t came from Canada (molten), 45,000t from Mexico (molten), 25,000t from Kazakhstan (solid) and 14,000t from Venezuela (molten).
