Otherwise, the Indian subcontinent is painfully quiet with India largely absent with latest deals merely confirmation of old business. This is pressuring Saudi and Chinese producers. Nepal has not awarded its tender and other expressions of interest in Kenya and the Sudan have come to nothing so far.
