January-August MAP imports fell 15pc year on year according to latest GTIS data. The main supplier is Russia with 24,000t (itself a dall of 15pc) followed by 13,000t from Mexico, 13,000t from China and 11,000t from OCP Morocco. There were 10,000t of imports in August sourced from Mexico. DAP imports year-to-date however rose 52pc to 84,800t. The largest supplier was Lithuania with 23,000t, followed by 20,000t from OCP, 19,000t from Russia and 11,000t from Saudi Arabia.
