Shanghai- Aramco and Shandong Energy Group announced they have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to collaborate on a variety of integrated refining and petrochemical projects in China. The MoU includes a potential crude oil supply agreement and a chemicals products offtake agreement. It extends to cooperation across technologies related to hydrogen, renewables and carbon capture and storage. No other details were given.
