Prices for UAN 30 have moved up in the Rouen market, with sales taking place this week at ?157-160/t fca for March-April delivery. Supply of UAN is tight for March loading in the Baltic, with most cargoes loading for North America. This, combined with some refll demand starting in France, is responsible for pushing levels up in Rouen.
