Urea prices have continued to strengthen this week and are now expected to remain firm through November. Further modest increases in price are likely. One of the main reasons is that the US Gulf market has finally reacted to several months of reduced import support and prices there have jumped to $213/st fob Nola for December delivery, equivalent to $230/t cfr.
