BPC this week reported that decreased rates and planned maintenance operations at Belaruskali’s Production Unit 3 during February, led to its export sales falling by 500,000t during the frst quarter of 2016, in comparison with the same period of 2015. Belarusian MOP exports totalled around 2.15mn t in January-March 2015, according to GTIS data.
