Andy Milner will return to Amey as chief executive, three years after he left the job. Milner will lead the firm under its new ownership, after private equity firms Buckthorn and One Equity Partners(OEP)bought Amey from Ferrovial for ￡264.6m. A statement from Buckthorn said Milner had been "working with Buckthorn and OEP in support of our acquisition of Amey".
