Spot demand UAN 30 remains very low due to cool weather and slow crop development. UAN is moving slowly from the tanks in Rouen, giving no one the confdence to buy a re- placement cargo for April arrival. Spot prices are ?228-229/t fca Rouen and ?226-227/t fca Ghent. Co-ops will need some additional UAN to complete the sea- son, estimated at about 80,000t.
