Pemex reported a coker unit upset last week at its 340,000 b/d refnery in Deer Park, Texas. Increased emissions occurred at 1:49am ET on 13 April, caused by a power malfunction in the unit’s wet gas compressor, according to a fling to state environmental monitors.
