Symposium on Modernization of Chinese Medicine: Application of Pharmacokinetic Principles and Formulation Science in the Development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) Products was hold in Chinese University of Hong Kong on March 17-19, 2005. Objects of this symposium are to review and discuss latest pharmacokinetic-formulation developments relevant to modernization of traditional Chinese medicines, and to establish consensus guidelines pertaining to pharmacokinetic and formulation studies for traditional Chinese medicine products.
