The market was quiet this week, but demand levels are picking up which is resulting in some pockets of tightness, particularly in the Middle East. No new sales have been reported out of Yuzhny this week but it is understood that suppliers are in no rush to sell September cargoes, preferring to wait and see how price trends develop over the next few weeks.
