Demand for imported granular urea from the Middle East remains at low levels, with buyers anticipating further price concessions going into April. Offers of granular urea have fallen again this week as traders try to sell their AG contract cargoes for April shipment. Trading companies started offering at $280-285/t cfr early in the week and one subsequently reduced its offer to $275/t cfr, but without success. This is equivalent to $255-260/t fob AG depending on vessel size and number of disports.
