A delegation from ICL visited China recently but,as far as is known,has yet to conclude any fresh tonnage for shipment from Israel in the second half. No doubt ICL was looking to raise prices but the Chinese are expecting them to remain unchanged from the first half like the options from Canpotex and BPC.Against this it could be argued that this was for the first half and therefore not relevant just because they are being delivered late-but life is not always as easy as that.
