Air Liquide technology reduces Verallia's CO2 output

Air Liquide is working with Verallia to produce a custom solution to reduce the company's carbon dioxide (CO2) and energy consumption. The French multinational company will take advantage of the construction of a new furnace at Verallia's plant in Pescia, Italy, to upgrade from a traditional combustion process to an optimised oxycombustion process. The Air Liquide solution combines the oxygen supply and the heat produced by the glass production process.
