Clariant Chemicals (India) Limited has reported Net Sales of INR 6870 million and Profit after Tax of INR 328.6 million for the nine months period ended December 31, 2006. The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of INR 18 per equity share -including a 'Golden Jubilee' special dividend of INR 10 per equity share - for approval by the company's shareholders at its AGM.
