摘要

In this study, microfiltration polymer membranes have been successfully obtained from pure 7 to 11% of poly-m-phenyleneisophthalamide (PMIA) and compositions obtained with the addition of polyethylene glycol (PEG-400). Examination of the cast solutions on the Malvern ZetasizerNano-ZS90 analyser showed that in the polyethylene glycol-containing compositions the size of nanoparticles reduced. Increasing the polymer concentration and adding PEG to the cast compositions reduced the pore sizes of the formed membranes from 0.8 to 0.31 μm, increased the porosity by 50%, and improved the surface morphology of the membranes, which was investigated by a probe scanning microscope. Testing showed that by utilising the obtained membranes crystalline transparency and sterilisation of water and wine are achieved. These results prove that the obtained membranes can be used for water and wine filtration on the equipment invented in the institute as well as on the foreign production equipment.
