Dark GRBs blanketed in dust

摘要

Dark gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) are being dimmed by copious amounts of dust between us and the burst, report astronomers at the Max Planck Institute who used a special GRB detector called GROND on the 2.2-metre telescope at the European Southern Observatory at La Silla, Chile.
