The lymphoid proliferation-associated gene EPAG maps to human chromosome region Xq21→q22

Using Southern blot and fluorescence in situ hybridization analyses, we have shown that the novel human gene EPAG, expressed in association with the mitogenic active tion of T and B cells in peripheral blood, maps to chromosome region Xq21→q22. These data establish EPAG as a candidate gene in X-linked disorder
