Recent advances in chiral AIE polymers

摘要

Abstract In recent years, chiral AIE polymers have gained widespread interests because of their superior luminescent properties and a wide range of potential applications. The efforts in this area have been put on the development of new types of AIE polymers with chiral properties, and the improvement of their circular dichroism and circularly polarized luminescence with high chiral luminescence asymmetry factor (glum). This review summarizes recent progress in the development of chiral AIE polymers by dividing them into intrinsic chirality, self-assembly induced chirality and exogenous species induced chirality. Meanwhile, a brief outlook is given on the current challenges and future directions for the development of chiral AIE polymers.Graphical abstract
