摘要

Advances in assisted reproductive technologies have allowed 10–60% pregnancy rates per attempt at surgical sperm retrieval for men with surgically unreconstructable reproductive tract obstruction. Fertility is now possible for men with congenital absence of the vas deferens and other causes of obstructive azoospermia.
