摘要

The worldwide increase of organic cultivation due to the crescent demand by healthiest foods enables to small farmers an alternative of gains (Campanhola&Valarini, 2001).In Brazil, common bean lines (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) to the organic cultivations were tested (Carvalho et al., 2006). In common bean crops occurs many phytophagous insects, among them, Anticarsia gemmatalis (Hubner, 1818) (Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) (Pracaet. al, 2006), and the neem oil have been used as a control practice (Gheller et al., 2007).
