EFFECT OF DOSES OF NITROGEN AND MOLYBDENUM ON COMMON BEANS, IN LICHINGA PLATEAU, NORTHERN MOZAMBIQUE

The current production levels of common beans in Mozambique are insufficient to meet the country's consumption requirement. Soil fertility is the major problem. The use of fertilizer in Mozambique is limited to very small number of producers and theyuse only macronutrients (NPK). The use of micronutrients, such as Mo is not a common practice. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of nitrogen and molybdenum on common beans in the Niassa plateau, Northern Mozambique.
