Southeast Asian prices increase as sentiment improves

Longs prices in Southeast Asia increased slightly by an average of $9 /t m/m. Improving sentiment driven by new policy announcements in China helped support prices. This increase in prices is not expected to be sustained, however upside risks remain. Our most recent assessed rebar prices are now at $570 /t (expected: $545 /t).
