Arkema Acquires Polytec PT

Arkema has acquired Germany-based Polytec PT, a company that develops thermal interface materials for batteries and engineering adhesives for the electronics market. The company says the acquisition will complement the engineering adhesives product range of Bostik, the Adhesives Solutions segment of Arkema.
