Back in March I attended one of the webinars run by DairyNZ and Beef+Lamb informing farmers about He Waka Eke Noa. Parts of the webinar were bizarre, and I came away thinking 'I have just been handed the plot of Snow White.'The aim of the webinars was to help farmers understand and give feedback on options presented in a consultation document that will determine how, or whether, He Waka Noa will be implemented. Some of you will have attended the webinars or roadshows and given feedback already, and will be waiting for the results which should be known at the end of May.You may not have recognised Snow White in your webinar. But of course it is quite possible that the information presented in mine was different, so I should explain.
