Three aquatic plants Eichhornia crassipes, Nymphaea pubescens, Ipomoea aquatica dominant in this region were selected for their antifungal activity against Fusarium oxysporum, Trichothesium roseum, Aspergillus niger. The methonolic extracts of these plants were added with media and fungal growth was measured in mm. Among these plants the J. aquatica was effective (7 mm).
