Identification and Content of 1-Malonylaminocyclopropanecarboxylic Acid in Germinating Cocklebur Seeds

摘要

A major conjugate of 1-aminocyclopropanecarboxylic acid in germinating cocklebur (Xanthium pennsylvanicumWallr.) seeds was isolated and identified as 1-malonylaminocyclopropanecarboxylic acid (MACC). The change in MACC content during the germination period of this seed also was examined.
