Voigt duct-mounted air filters and gas/air filters

Voigt duct-mounted air filters are used as suction-side (intake) filters for blowers, compressors and fans. Three variants, each with good flow-mechanical properties, are available to suit various applications. For intake of atmospheric air, the duct-mounted air filter features weather-protection slats on one side and an outlet flange on the other (Fig. 1). For intake of interior air, a simple protective grid suffices in place of the weather-protection salts. The duct-mounted air filter is also available with a flange on both sides, for installation within a duct, with no direct intake of air. All flange-connected types can be specified with weld-on flanges as per DIN 2576 or ANSI or flat-type flanges in conformity with DIN 24154. Stainless steel 1.4301 or steel R St.37-2 can be specified for the metal components of the filter.
