The Role and Optimization of Screen Deck and Material Movement on Throw Screens

摘要

This work begins with an overview of specific process and application characteristics of throw and flat screening as well as sizing on roller grizzlies. On the basis of detailed theoretical analyses, empirical findings and practical experience regarding the movement of the screen deck and the feed material - cubic- and oblong-shaped particles-on throw screens, possibilities for their optimization with the help of the machine characteristic K and screen characteristic K{sub}V are explained.
