Cold and Heat Test Benches

摘要

Integral Hydraulik has developed test stands for heat and cold tests (Fig.) that simulate testing conditions for single components with temperatures ranging from -40 deg C to +140 deg C. These high-tech test stands are especially suitable for the newly developed double clutch or direct shift transmissions. These components form a key element in the design of new more energy-saving and efficient models. It is essential to minimize energy loss during to gear changes in automatic gearboxes. To accurately access the ideal speed range in terms of energy consumption, the double clutch and dual gears must be optimally coordinated with each other. Object of the simulation is the hydraulic control used to activate the clutches and gears.
