The use of the microwave method is becoming increasingly common for determining the moisture content of bulk solids. It returns very accurate readings both in online measurement systems and in laboratory applications. Appropriate holding systems are used to adapt the moisture measurement probes to the particular measurement situation and guarantee the optimal lifetime of the sensors.
