摘要

Classifying by means of fluidised bed requires the correct selection of technical equipment and process parameters, which for their part must correlate very well with material parameters. in this paper, a method for determination of these parameters is presented which is based on both a numeric approach as well as on experimental results. The mathematical model can not only be used for establishing the operating parameters of a classifier and their optimisation, but also for an analysis of process procedures on existing classifiers. Th this cast, the model can serve for the determination of optimum process parameters: gas velocity, feed velocity and angles of inclination for achieving a specified material quality during classifying. The compiled algorithm can be used in processing systems for automatic control of installed classifiers. A further application area of the method is their use for analysing the principle of operation of not only a classifier, but a whole system of classifiers with different parameters.
