Xylanase improves performance of low-energybroiler diets

In almost all Asian counties broiler feeds are formulated to high levels of energy, in the range of 2950-3200 Kcal/kg. To achieve these energy levels added oil is necessary. This is very expensive, as prices of all oils have been in the range of USD 800-1200/t in the past three years.
