Shell starts ethylene production at Singapore petrochemicals complex

Dutch Shell's ethylene cracker at its Shell Eastern Petrochemicals Complex (SEPC) in Singapore began production in March, with a capacity to produce 800,000 tonnes of ethylene each year, as well as 450,000 tonnes of propylene and 230,000 tonnes of benzene.
