Global plastics industry converge at inaugural Plastivision Arabia

The emergence of the Middle East region as a key player in the global plastics industry attracted a record visitor turnout at the inaugural Plastivision Arabia and ArabiaMold trade fairs. The shows, which were held at Expo Centre Sharjah from May 14 to 17, received 4,763 visitors from 66 countries during their four-day run. The resurgence in the fundamental growth drivers in UAE and the excitement it has created in the packaging and construction industry were the rea-sons for such a huge response, said the organisers.
