Turkey's president will visit Baghdad in the coming week, Iraq's government said July 25, raising hopes that a long-festering dispute over exports of Kurdish and Kirkuk crude through the Turkish port of Ceyhan may move closer to resolution. The announcement came after Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani hosted Turkish Ambassador Ali Riza Guney to discuss bilateral issues that could be addressed during President Recep Tayyip Erdogan's visit, the official Iraq News Agency reported.
