Petronas Carigali Overseas Sdn Bhd(PCOSB)has entered into a petroleum agreement and association contract with Moroccan national oil company,the Office National de Recherches et d'Explorations Petrolieres(ONAREP),for an offshore deepwater Rabat-Sale Haute Mer area in Morocco.The Rabat-Sale Haute Mer block covers an area of 14,000km~2 and is located in water depths of 1000-4000m.PCOSB will acquire and process 4000km of new 2D seismic data and drill three exploration wells in three exploration periods over a span of seven years.
