Two bids foir Canterbury Basin

The government of New Zealand has received bids for two of the three offshore Canterbury Basin petroleum exploration blocks in itslatest permit tender round, which closed on 30 May. Bids for the South Island prospects were received from four explorers, represented by two joint bidding groups.
