Dill stem testing of the offshore Blackbird discovery well(12E-CS-1X)on block 12E,in the Nam Con Son Basin about 400km southeast of Ho Chi Minh City,has been successfully completed by operator Premier Oil.Two zones produced at a combined rate of 5880b/d of oil and 4.12mmscf/d of gas with no water on either test.
