Financing of Non-Revenue Water management programmes: The Philippines experience

Non-revenue water management is not complicated but it can be complex. The range of interventions in reducing NRW is broad both in terms of technical solutions and capital investment requirements. Box 1 summarises the different components of NRW management and compares the measures vis-a-vis investment costs and volume of water saved.
