Choppy start for Shah Deniz

The Shah Deniz gas development in the Caspian Sea started production mid-December 2006 only to be suspended by the Azerbaijan government later that month,a string of technical issues being cited.According to local media reports,a gas leak apparently occurred at a depth of 800-900m.
