THE PHILIPPINES is PINNING ITS hopes on a series of new petroleum service contracts(SC)to discover large oil and gas fields.The Department of Energy(DoE)has launched the second Philippine Energy Contracting Round(PECR-2),offering sites for energy resource exploration in the petroleum,geothermal and coal sectors,shortly after announcement of awards for PECR-1.
