SembCorp offshore engineering subsidiary SMOE and Saipem Asia have been awarded a turnkey contract for an offshore platform system for Thailand's Third Transmission Pipeline Project by PTT Public Company SMOE will perform the engineering,procurement and fabrication of the PTT Riser Platform (PRP) topsides,including offshore hook-up and pre-commissioning,accounting for a us112 million portion of the total contract value.
