First oil began flowing recently from phase one of Reliance Industries'(RIL)fast-track MA-D6 project in the Krishna-Godavari Basin off India's east coast.Part of the operator's KG-D6 field development in the Bay of Bengal,crude output from MA's Dhirubai 1 FPSO(pictured)is expected to ramp up from current rates of 15,000b/d to a peak of some 40-50,000b/d by April 2009,when it will be joined by start-up of gas export of up to 80mmscf/d as phase two kicks off.
