Australian Gas Light Company(AGL)has scaled back its front end engineering and design(FEED)activities on the Australian component of the proposed PNG to Queensland gas pipeline,and written-off FEED costs incurred to end 2Q 2006(see feature,page 21).The project participants,operator Esso Highlands(39.4%),Oil Search(44.2%),AGL(10%),MRDC(3%)and Nippon Oil(3.4%),are considering options.
