Synthesis and Anti-Fungal Activity of New 3-Aryl-1,3-benzoxazine-2-ketone Derivatives

摘要

In the study, a series of new 3-aryl-1,3-benzoxazine-2-ketone derivatives has been designed, synthesized and evaluated for anti-fungal activity against six species of phytopathogenic fungi. Among those, two compounds have exhibited high inhibitory activity against M. oryzae at the concentration of 50 mu g/mL, being more potent than the positive control chlorothalonil.
